Trust & Risk

How VibNFlip protects you

Buying and selling software comes with real risk. Here's exactly how we handle it — no legalese.

Escrow

All buy-now and auction payments are held in escrow via Stripe until the buyer confirms receipt of IP transfer materials (source code, assets, credentials, documentation). Escrow is released automatically after a 72-hour review window if no dispute is raised. For rev-share and fractional deals, escrow terms are set per-deal.

IP Transfer

Sellers represent that they own or have the right to transfer all included assets. By listing, sellers grant buyers a full, exclusive, irrevocable license to all project assets upon payment. VibNFlip does not guarantee clear title — buyers should perform their own due diligence. We recommend reviewing any third-party licenses, APIs, or assets included in the project before purchasing.

VibScore Accuracy

VibScores are AI-generated estimates, not certified audits. They are based on publicly visible signals and submitted materials. Scores reflect our best-effort assessment of code quality, originality, and commercial viability at time of scan. Buyers should not rely solely on VibScore when making purchasing decisions. Sellers may request one free re-scan per month.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of purchase. Our team reviews disputes within 3 business days. We may request additional documentation from either party. Decisions are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only for covered reasons: non-delivery, materially misrepresented listings, or fraudulent activity. Platform fees are non-refundable.

Risk Disclosure

All sales are as-is. VibNFlip makes no warranty, express or implied, about any listed project. Buyers accept full risk of purchase. Software may have bugs, undisclosed dependencies, incomplete features, or technical debt. Revenue projections and traction claims are unverified. Past performance does not indicate future results. This is not investment advice.

Fraud Prevention

VibNFlip uses Stripe Radar and manual review to detect fraudulent transactions. Listings are reviewed for AI-generated fake screenshots, plagiarized code, and spam. Sellers found engaging in fraud are permanently banned and reported to Stripe. Buyers found filing false disputes lose access to dispute resolution.
